Generous Generation
Equips students on middle and high school campuses through a year-long leadership program centered on generosity. Through on-campus gatherings and student-led service projects, students learn to identify needs in their schools and communities, develop solutions, and take action to create meaningful impact while growing as compassionate and generous leaders who serve others.
Our Vision
The next generation has been handed a world full of noise, constant headlines, endless comparisons, and a culture that leaves them feeling like they're always falling short. The results speak for themselves: 94% of California youth report facing mental or emotional challenges every single month. They've been labeled the loneliest, the least flourishing, the most anxious. But there is a better name waiting for them...
Research shows that when young people live generously, something shifts. They flourish. Teens who volunteer are 66% more likely to be classified as flourishing, and generosity has been shown to build stronger relationships and break the grip of isolation.
Generous Generation meets students where they are and empowers them to lead in ways that impact the world around them. This program is designed not to fix a generation, but to redefine one. To give students the tools, the identity, and the community to rise above the labels placed on them and earn a new one: the most Generous Generation.
